From the beginning to end, your full service team pledges to provide unsurpassed quality service to the aircraft seller and prospective buyer by seamlessly facilitating the marketing and presentation of the aircraft, resulting in a fair price and timely closing. We pledge to: A. Gather all pertinent data; compose a specification list and photograph the aircraft from the exterior, interior, and panel views that best compliment the aircraft. B. Appraise the aircraft using several known professional methods, which will determine the actual selling values - not just the market asking prices. C. Recommend to the Seller a price point, which will result in a timely sale. D. Advertise in numerous mediums with professional advertisements through direct mail, print, Internet advertising, and customized brochures. E. Welcome each caller and email contact, recognizing that every inquiry is a potential Buyer that may result in the sale of your aircraft. F. Provide the Buyer easy, ongoing access to information about your airplane’s special features and specifications, via email and telephone calls during business hours, after hours and weekends. G. Follow up on a consistent and regular basis with each prospect. H. Offer financing, insurance and aircraft transport options to the Buyer, allowing them more flexibility for purchase. I. Conclude the exploration process with the Buyer, and solicit an offer to consummate a timely sale. J. Help the Buyer through the complete sales transaction and closing, protecting the investment of the Seller and Buyer.
